Owed, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Owed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates getowed.us and the Owed mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.
By using Owed you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an Owed account we collect your full name, email address, password (encrypted), and business name.
To provide invoicing services we collect your business details including business name, address, phone number, and logo if provided.
We store the invoices you create including client names, email addresses, line items, amounts, and payment status. We do not store your clients' bank account credentials or card numbers.
We collect information about how you use Owed including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product.
We collect device type, browser type, IP address, and operating system for security and fraud prevention purposes.
Platform intelligence features including cash flow forecasting, bank fee analysis, and financial allocation tools may process additional financial data provided by or generated through your connected bank accounts and invoice history. This data is used exclusively to provide platform features and is never sold or shared with third parties.
If you join our early access waitlist, we collect your email address and business category to communicate with you about access to the Services and to prepare tools relevant to your industry.

We use third-party advertising services including Meta (Facebook) and similar platforms to promote Owed and reach potential customers. We do not sell your personal information. Information shared with these advertising platforms is used solely to support our marketing efforts.
